Hmm, a Chinese cleaver was my main cooking knife for a few decades. Right up until I made myself a chef's knife a couple
of years ago. I just profiled my first couple of blanks for some Chinese cleavers out of AEB-L last weekend...
 
Count me in Stephan. If you have it ready at Batson's I'll just start the whole thing rolling. LOL. I'd be honored to try one of your knives out. Let the steel design itself. May the force be with you.

Kitchen knives are right up my alley, Stephan. I do 90% of the cooking here, by choice, because I really enjoy it. Testing a new knife would be a real treat.
 
I currently own one of Stephens knives and can honestly say you folks in the passaround are in for a treat.
