This is one that I just completed. It has a cocobolo handle and a blade of 1095 with a clay heat treatment.

the great thing about this is, that you finally get to play with the mud, and your mom has no way of stopping you ;) :D :D :D :D :D
 
Could this clay treatment be done on a finished knife? Is there a thread that explains how to do this or someone that can do it for me?
