Need a little help..

I got a email from a young man in Eastern Canada wanting some information on how to do bolsters on his first knife and if I would help him out. I would love to help him out but the cost to ship the blade back and forth the cost just isn't worth it. I need to find a knifemaker in Eastern Canada that can pick this up and help out a guy trying to learn how to make a knife. Who knows you may be helping out the next Bob Loveless getting started here.
