I just completed this copy of the old Remington Bullet. OAL is 7 1/4 " . Closed length is 4 " The blade is Del Ealy damascus . Bolsters & liners are N/S. Handles are black linen Micarta . Thanks for looking.

What material are the pins and did you use a tapered reamer.

Thanks , Billy ! This was my 1st shield. I just followed Tracy's instructions on his tutorial after practicing a few times on scrap. I glued the plate to the handle . I bought the jig but the window wasn't large enough to allow the Dremel with attachment to fit in.
