Hey Guys,
I made this knife for a guy that wanted me to use elk antler for his scales . I also used copper for the bolsters, pins and tacks. This was the first time I used O1 for my blade. I used 4 oz leather for the sheath being that I needed to glue the two backplates together . ( I didn't want the loop on top to go through the back of sheath and I didn't want the stitching from the belt loop to show in front ) Therefor I put the two back plates together thinking that it would be a nice clean touch. I also used a jewelers ball peen hammer to stipple the bolsters pins and tacks. Then a touch of FC to age up all the copper a bit. I took the lanyard out just to take a few pics.. The customer will pick it up in the morning .
