I called this one "Molten Lava" because of the bubbled damascus pattern. The scales are Tigerstriped Box Elder with red fiber spacers. The trim at the shank perimeter is "purfling" and is hand laid ebony and holly. This is commonly used in violins and guitars to give larger, edge glued surfaces some perimeter or "hoop" strength. The bolsters are dyed elder burl scraps. I use a 1/4" diameter brass lug with my initials machined thru with an EDM for my signature mark. Sadly, It is sold.
Thanks for looking.
