Question about posting

I have 2 questions that is probably very simple but i cannot figure them out.
when i post a title i see others in bold type but i cant figure how to do it.
my second is when i sell an item how do i update the title to show sold, i have only been able to edit the text in the body.

Can't answer the bold title question, but to edit the title you must:

1. Click Edit Post
2. Below the dialogue box, click "Go Advanced"
3. You may now access and edit the "Title"
