This is a skinner that I just built for a good friend. He told me what he wanted and this is the result.
Constructive criticism appreciated.
Steel: 1/4 " O-1
Handle: Arizona Ironwood with Stainless Steel Corby Fasteners Black Liner
OAL: 8"
Blade Length: 3 1/2 "
Grind: Flat

looks like a real nice user, i would be proud to carry it and that is some great looking ironwood.. nice job

Looks like it will make a good skinner. Love that ironwood and the finish. What did you do to it?
The only thing that I might ,if I may, suggest is for a skinner a little less angle at the index finger and a little cupped so that when your hands are messy and slick it just gives you a little better hold. But hey who am I to say your knives look better than any of mine2thumbs

All I did was buff the ironwood. It really doesn't need anything else.
I will take your idea on the angle at the index finger. I appreciate any help.

I appreciate the compliments.
