Starting as knifemaker (Fulltime)

Hello,

I'm new on this forum, but I started in knifemaking about 2 years ago ( with 10 months break >.>).
Now I started as fulltime knifemaker thans to UE Grant Program (for self employment).
For now I have 7045 mill, 50x1220mm 2 wheel grinder, 50x2000mm KMG type belt grinder etc...

And today I finished grinding bath of 9 small knives, ( 2 are little fail...) and tommorow they will be shiped for HT

When small Skylark's going to HT, I'll start grinding bevels on bigger knives from 6mm NC6 and 5,5mm 1065.

After storm... My VPI is burned...
Grinding stopped after I get VPI back from repair >.>

And 9 small knives was send to HT

Knives back from HT, and clean by sandblast

Now I waiting for a new VPI to finish knives.

3 will be with 6,5mm G10 + 3mm carbon fiber pins
3 will be with wood, 1x cherry, 1x oak burl, 1x hornbeam

Steel: NCV1 (80CrV2) 3mm 60HRC (+/- 1HRC)

When I waiting for Carbon Fiber 3mm Rod for pins, ( for knives with G10) I made this little guy

Steel: 1065
Thickness: 5mm

Now this knife will wait when I made rest of knives from 1065 and NC6, then they'll go to HT.

G10 or Cherry/Walnut/Hornbeam for this knife?
Or even Brown Linen MyCarta ?

2. What is a good anti-scale compound for max 900-950* ?
