As the title said. I need some help. I have finally broke down and picked up a motor and the nelson disk grinder hub and a couple face plates. I have the thing wired to the VFD and its running great. but only in one direction. Heres where I need some assistance.

I have a 3 position 240v 12 peg toggle and the solder less connectors sitting here and need some help with wiring that switch into the box.

emails are great, pictures are better. and phone calls are welcomed! lol :)

God Bless
Randy

On your board, looks like the common and forward are jumpered, so I would remove that, run a wire from common to your switch center pole, and run a wire from the FWD on board to one side of the SPDT switch and run a wire from Rev on board to other side of the switch pole. As long as you wire the switch so Com is only connected to FWD OR Rev, never AND, should be good.

Everything is running. and working fine, That was WAY too easy. But I am still glad I asked and thankfull for the guys on KD who always are happy to help a brother out. :)

God Bless ya all, and thanks again for your time and help

Indeed! :) It was way easier then I thought, And much easier then wiring a switch to the VFD to go from one machine to the other. 9 wires on the back of one small switch is just CRAZY!!! Talk about a pain in the behind!

Thanks again guys! :)
