I came across this on Amazon. I am in no way affiliated with the maker or the sale of etc..

It so simple its fantastic! In my shop I am always having to answer the phone and stop the machine to deal with customers etc.

He makes two kinds, the other routes the airflow in the back. This Jr. model works just fine.

The trick is to think you are swimming. Which isn't hard with the amount of grit and dust in the air in my shop while I work. So keep your mouth closed. Which is always great advise for someone like me!:big grin:

If you keep your mouth closed and breath in through your mouth like a scuba diver and only out through your nose. You will be fine. it does get a little slurpy from the saliva in your mouth but its manageable and so easy to just put down for a minute if you need to talk on the phone etc.

It comes with a dorky nose clip. It reminds me of the spastic kids at the swimming pool when that would say that water would go up there nose if the didn't have it on. I would reply to them. Just down breath in through your nose and you will be fine, to no avail of course!

So if you have a beard or just need to get your respirator off and on quick here is a great solution.

Yes! No fogged glasses here ether! I just keep a clean coffee cup on the bench to set it down in it when I have to answer the phone or go up from to greet customers.
