This is some DT stainless damascus with stag handles on each and bolsters made from Bronze, Wrought iron, and HHH damascus :thumbsup:


the blades are approx 9.5" of cutting edge..

Three beauties. Any chef would be proud to own and use one of these. Really like the choice of stag for the handles as far as giving them a look that says use me. Sometimes wood/burl can be too pretty and make it not have the feeling/look of a user where stag looks great and says USE ME.

Its a Japanese term for a knife that has a similar shaped tip. Kariasuki? or something like that??? K tip for short!
