Gpt some promising blades from the 52100 sheet I got from KK some while back. Just need to find the time to finish them! (does 52100 benifit any by aging after HT????????? :) )

Working in kitchens helped to get me through college, and I would have loved to use a knife like that. Great job Ed there is nothing better than a traditon chef's blade.
