Dialing IN a Surface grinder?

Duh... I was thinking it came apart for some reason
Headed to HF tomorrow for shims so will pick up a few extra sets

I know squat about Magnetic chucks Etc...
Please explain: Are there any adjustments on these things? How can it be taken apart?

The entire chuck should unbolt from the machine, shim up the end or side that is low. I hope this works for you, good luck.

The Right Grinder

I was wondering if the size and weight of these smaller machines is prohibitive. We have plans of grinding larger pieces. It was decided to run with a machine we found out in Arizona. I suppose there will be a bit of a learning curve, but a close friend of mine has run them for years and will be with us all summer to assist us. The guy in the picture is there for size(no relation) It makes it in the shop with 2 inches to spare. It might be a little bigger than I figured, but it fits!
