Hey guys, i have few questions
1 when grinding G10 or micarta i... Smell them, does that mean they go past the respirator? I believe it fits well to the face and i use dust/natural gas filters
2 whats the purpose of the choil?
3 any tips on making (or acquiring) push sticks or anything similar for sanding? (I realize its a simple matter but i tried making a simple one from micarta and yup, managed to ruin it)
4 any idea about lubricant to use while sanding that wouldnt cause the blade to rust? Teh window cleaning stuff? I tried oil but with high grits it made sanding bit impossible
5 any plans or pics for sanding set up? Vise or fixture, something to hold the blade and hopefully prevent tip from flexing
6 any good sharpening tutorials?
7 if the edge gets thinner than .5mm before sharpening, sand/grind to get it back to that thockness before sharpening or just get it done during sharpening? specially if some parts are about .5mm and others thinner

8 why do we finish with sanding along the blade? i know it makes it look better? but is that just it?
9 do you guys clean respirators? how?
10 i want to start marking knives (with letter punches) is there a specific set up or method to avoid messing mess ups? also best locations on a knife? i fear after HT and regrinding the letter would be ground off
