Karl - that's not real clear logic. While 50-100ppm may not represent immediate danger, it is not good over a 3-6+ hr period of working in the forge. Mine won't alarm until it hits 400ppm, which IS dangerous. However, when the level is hovering around 50-100, I increase ventilation. Oh, yea my credentials...full time emergency dept PA
