Micarta? handle scales - where to buy?

Where are you all getting your micarta and other handle materials for scales/full tang knives? I am specifically looking for orange canvas if it is out there? Also black, green and olive.

Just looking for more resources than Jantz because they have limited colors.

I'm lucky to be close to Masecraft Supply in CT. They have lots of Micarta colors, as well as lots of g10 mcolors as well. I find most of the greens are OD green, which I don't like. USA KnifeMaker has nice stuff and in 3/8" thickness, which I prefer to the 1/4" most places carry. They have some cool color combo's, too!

When all else fails, I hit the fabric store and make up my own. Kelly Green fabric makes a nice forest green!
 
Alpha Knife Supply also has a selection of colors and different materials if Tracy doesn't have it. I don't recall if they sell in scale sets or just sheets of material.
