milling machine tooling kit advise

I spent way more than that buying them individually.
If the quality is there, it looks like a good deal. Look out for China collets, I had two snap or chip on me. (see your other thread).

Looks like a good deal to me as for the china collets I have not had a problem with them but even if I did I could replace a broken collet many time for the price of one made in usa collet in opinion. Brett
 
If your just doing guards for now, about all you'll need (provided you already have a vise mounted) is a collet set, a wrench for the drawbar, and a brass or lead hammer....and of course whatever end mills sizes you need. To that end, if you keep an eye on the Enco "Hot Deals" sale flyer, you can find full sets of collets, and the smaller (4" or less) milling vises very reasonable.

I've dealt with MicroMark before, and in my opinion, I get better quality tooling from Enco for a better price.
