Can you brefly explanation how you did the inset orange? Did you just use a paragraph to make the twoi interlocking pieces?

Yes Erik I used my pantograph milling machine,I have a Green D-2 . It's relatively easy to do once I build all the patterns,that's the hard part.

Calvin I love that one. Even though I could care less about college sports, I still like the hunter orange inlay. Gives it a hot rod fast look to it.
