Need some historic pins

Anyone know where I can find pins like these.

That looks like a rivet and anvil. Are both sides the same?

Look at some of the pics of my period gun leather and see if it's the same. I use copper rivets on my period stuff but I dome the head instead of flattening it.

I was not sure what it was but I never thought about the loveless bolts. Thanks! They may work good. I have never used them How exactly do they work? I dont see how they tighten together. it looks like the bolt would just continue through and the nuts would just stay in the same place .

You counter sink the nuts and when you screw it together it ack like a jam nut and tighens up.

So in the end you grind off the head of the screw, and all you see are the bolts and the thread, right?

Yep you will have a circle in a circle. You can mix and match materials also.Brass center, stainless nut.or vice versa,or use both the same. And the nice thing is that handle ain't comming off short of grinding it off.

The loveless bolts are going to give you a nice fit and finish with the similar look. The rivet has to stay domed in order to stay together although if domed nicely and polished would look good and possibly be more period depending on the look you want. I'd like to see the other side of that knife to know if it has the anvil or if it's the flat head side of a rivet.
