The guy in the background is the local newspaper reporter that came out and covered the event. We made the front page of the "local events" section of the Sunday edition.

The week end was great and those in attendance made it all worth while, thanks for the great time, I for one am looking forward to next year!

+1 on what Jim said, I had a great time as well. To the crew at Midwest Knivemakers Supply, THANK YOU! :35:

Bigger and better next year. We keep learning from these.
The instructors do an amazing job getting knowledge out and questions answered. Thanks again.
Our crew talks about it for a long time and look forward to them.

I am working on video. It is taking hours just to get the video clips sorted and named just to even get started. It will take weeks to get it all edited and posted. Keep checking back.

If anyone else managed to get any pictures, post them here.

Was only able to snap this one quick pic of Boss and Lora with my Polaroid before I ran out of film.

another time lapse.. These take a few thousand images and combine them into a video. This one is a bit jumpy as some images got mixed around but you will get an idea. This is a mix of saturday morning, lunch and afternoon bit out of order maybe..

I saw my pic in post #56 and although I realize that the camera can add 10 pounds I was wondering why you used 7 cameras?

Nice video, it turned out very clear. Can we edit out the first etching attempt since I tried to mark first and messed it up?
