Guys I just got word my little 6yo nephew may need his colon removed !! His mother doesn't believe in God and I'm asking for a miraculous healing when the surgeons go in tonight..

I know God works in mysterious ways... and everything has its purpose and we sometimes just don't get it... so I'm going to believe He will heal him and this will change the lives of the surgeons and everyone around him that aren't saved.. Heal little Kellan Lord, do a miraculous work.........!!!!

In Jesus Name..!!! AMEN.....

I will post a good report tomorrow !!!!

no they're talking about removing it completely.... They were to rush him in last night but now they're determining what to do, after 4 attempts they were able to put a catheter in and that helped a little... We're waiting for the surgeons to see whats gonna happen..

thanks for all your prayers...

Robert,
I will pray for this little boy and his mother. I will pray that above all else that Gods will be done and leave it to Him to do what He knows is best.

Well they postponed and are trying multiple treatments, his colon is so infected that it could rupture at any moment and cause him to go septic, they have a surgeon on the floor or nearby if it does time is of the essence as it could kill him..

they've installed a pic line that goes straight to the heart to pump antibiotics in, they've installed an nj tube to his stomach to help keep it empty, also bypassing air inside so he won't have gas as this is hurting him so bad, hes been combative so they had to sedate him heavily... I'm worried about his mom as she smokes and has high blood pressure and my wife(nurse)said shes afraid of her having a heart attack... I'm leaving out a lot that's happened in the last few days, but its taxed his mom bigtime to say the least...

he was spiraling down hill fast but since last night his number have stayed the same, they're not going up (Thank God) but they haven't come down either.. When they go down will be winning...

One of the surgeons slept on the floor in his hospital room, Its touch and go.. but I think the only reason they didn't remove his colon is because he is only 6, they're actually risking his life doing this but the alternative isn't great either..

The doctors have also said this illness (c.diff) only turns into this other word (i forgot) in 5% of the people that get it, and its never found in youngsters...

We've been praying without ceasing, I had some ministers from my church visit and hopeful they have a chain started within the church, I'm telling you guys I have a feeling tomorrow is a new day...

PRAISE GOD !!!!!!!!!!

Will be praying for him. I have been through this with my son.He had part of his colon removed when he was 5 days old and 6 weeks premature so I know how scary it feels.Especially when the surgeon says he is to small to operate then 6 hours later the bowel ruptures and they have to go in...and the pic line I could not beleive how much tubing came out of his small body when they finally removed it... But 9 years later he is doing okay. We still have to watch for obstructions since the bowel will never work normally but he is alive and a happy little boy:) So we will be praying and thinking of him and his family.

Him being stable is great news.
The antibiotics may need some time to work? I pray that this treatment is the ticket to a full recovery.

I had a collapsed lung with severe infection about 26 years ago. when I was 27.
The specialist wanted to section and remove half of my right lung. my doctor said NO, we will treat with antibiotics.
I was in the hospital bed getting IV Anti's for over two weeks.
It worked! No operation.
Keep the faith!

Guys thank you for your prayers, please continue to pray for Kellan and family...

Today my wife called me and told me they were rushing him in for surgery, they removed his colon as he went sepsis.. they have him paralyzed right now with breather etc, hes in pretty bad shape even though the surgery went well.. He has fluid in his lungs and has respiratory distress syndrome.... and with all that he has his mortality rate is very high..

things are looking very grim...

but I know a healing God and I'm standing in faith that he will be healed, also after he's healing up whether it be 2 months or a year they will go back in and stretch his small intestine and turn it into a colon sotospeak that way he can funtion like everyother little boy..

Thank you so much for continued prayers.....

another update..

they were winging him off the drug induced coma and he pulled his ventilator out, the doc says that's a good sign of strength and kinda what they were hoping for so they went in today to make sure there was no infection left and continued to clean the intestines etc. and closed him up completely this time..

so now we wait and pray....

again, we thank you for all your continued prayers..

God Bless,
Rob
