Sankoku I just finished

Here is a Santoku that I just finised up. Overall length 242 mm. Length of cutting edge is 170mm, Height at heel is 48mm. Steel is stainless damascus forged by Devin Thomas (AEB-L/304). RC 59/60. Handle is Buffalo horn, Afezelia and walnut burl. Weight is 6.1 oz.
