VA Education Benefits

I remember a year or so ago there was a post about a member that became VA education beifits approved for knife classes he taught. I am starting to open my shop for classes in Jan and am interested in how to get approved as a VA accepted vocational school. I am a licenced educator in my state as well as 2 others with 2 Doctorates in Education. I oould eally like to provide some assistance to the veterans that would like to come and learn this trade. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

One heck of a project . You need to contact the VA,s educational benefits director . You need to contact to Regional office in your state . You should not have any problems getting certified.

Most of these programs are for Disabled vets , with a service connected Illness. Look up your local VA tel. Number and ask for Vocational rehabilitation director and tell them what your plan is .
