    Loveless Style "MDL" Hunter

Thanks everyone. Darrin, I was thinking the same thing - a little too beefy. I'm taking it down a bit before it ships out. Thanks.

    Loveless Style "MDL" Hunter

A customer recently requested a remake of the Loveless Hunter order #MDL in 154cpm with Ivory micarta handles. It obviously has a bit less belly & a little more tip than his standard dropped hunter. I've always thought it to be a great looking knife. Here's my version and also a pic of Mr...

    Jigged Bone Hunter

Thanks Chris. When I first started I was advised by a well known Master Smith to practice on small knives. They really helped me hone my basic skills and I still find myself doing them when my shop time is limited.

    Drop Point EDC w/Amber Bone

Thanks gents for commenting. Daniel, these are from Culpepper. Don't overheat it when grinding & go easy when drilling so that you don't push out a chunk of surface material around the hole. These are pinned but I also have the handle thru-drilled and hollow ground to be "epoxy friendly"...

    Damascus Straight Razor/ Desk Knife

Here's a straight razor (my first) I just finished with the idea of maybe using it as a desk knife. It's my own twist damascus in 1084 & 15n20. Handle is black paper micarta that I jigged with the rotary tool. I did put a stop in the handle to keep the blade from passing thru the backside. Hope...

    Tabletop Hydraulic Press

Stezann, no binding problem. I'm using combo dies & it does get a bit past parallel when pressing off center, but not to an unacceptable degree. As you mention though, extra contact area at the ram guides would definitely reduce that. I'll be making additional dies and I'll make sure those work...

HUGE bowie- frame handle, shell guard and carved blackwood...

Really outstanding work John. Every detail is expertly done. Just flawless. Well done Rick, this one will stand out even in your collection and should indeed be a strong contender later this year.
