it's stalled out for a bit. We have a solution for the problem we encountered but just haven't had time to get on with the design change.

How about a threaded t-slot nut? Same as used on a milling machine for clamping/holding down to the table.

A one handed method of tightening the pivot arm. Right now it takes two wrenches and midget.
